He has extensively advised and assisted several domestic and international clients on complex issues concerning the employment laws in India, including advisory on employment contracts, handbooks and policies, compliances, retrenchment and termination, benefits & compensations, investigations and enquiries, organisational restructuring and transfers, secondment and deputation, downsizing of work force, employment issues in course of mergers and like transactions, etc.
Raunak is often witnessed as a panelist and speaker in conferences relating to employment and HR laws. Further, he has authored several articles published in reputed journals and business magazines.
