Ravi is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and has membership of the Supreme Court Bar Association, the Delhi High Court Bar Association, the Central Administrative Tribunal Bar Association, the New Delhi Bar Association, the Institute of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies, etc.
He specializes in the space of labour, employment and industrial laws and represents clients in various judicial /Quasi-judicial forums including the Industrial Courts/Tribunals, Provident Fund Department, Employee State Insurance Department, Central Administrative Tribunal, High Court and Supreme Court. With a practice of more than 17 years, Ravi has successfully represented several domestic and international entities in the said forums and has been a part of various landmark judgements. In addition to dispute resolution, Ravi is regularly acts as an Enquiry Officer to investigate charges of misconduct against charge sheeted employees.
